As a mission congregation of the Association of American Lutheran Churches,
our local Christian community can be described as:
We know that God has saved us by His loving through faith in His One and Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, apart from our religious works and righteousness.
We believe the Holy Bible is the divinely inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God, containing the divine truth and guidance all mankind needs for Eternal Life through God's Son.
We faithfully hold that God's Word has greater authority over mankind's opinion, human emotions, scientific theories, political decisions, and progressive interpretations.
We are a small but growing church family, where everyone is important and has opportunity to learn, heal, and grow in God’s truth and love, both giving and receiving while serving one another.
We value being genuine in our relationships with God and each other;
being honest, forgiving, and encouraging with the humility and kindness of Christ.
We desire to share God’s grace and compassion with all, comforting and helping
our family and others through times of trouble and persecution.
We desire to respond to the Christ’s call to follow Him personally,
as one of His disciples in the place where we live and where He might send us.
We offer our God-given natural and supernatural gifts to build up Christ’s Church
and advance the Kingdom of God, being witnesses in the power and fire of God’s love.
We await in sure hope for our Savior to finish the good work He began in us, being made holy, while looking forward towards our heavenly home with God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit forever.
